Open Road Auto Group is seeking an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our growing team! As the Used Car Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the used car inventory, implementing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the used car inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and control of all vehicles.
- Conduct market research to determine pricing strategies and ensure competitive pricing for used cars.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyers.
- Cold call potential customers to promote used car inventory and generate leads.
- Collaborate with sales team to negotiate deals and close sales.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding inventory management.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues related to used car purchases.
- Train and mentor sales team on effective selling techniques for used cars.
Qualifications:
- Two years of prior experience in a used car management role required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent math skills, including proficiency in retail math calculations.
- Proven experience in inventory control and management.
- Knowledge of the automotive industry, including current market trends and pricing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers
- $150,000+ earning potential
