AUTOMOTIVE BDC MANAGER
Business Development Center (BDC) Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced BDC Manager to lead our Business Development Center.. The ideal candidate will oversee customer outreach, drive appointment generation, and ensure exceptional customer service standards. This role requires a leader who can manage a team, improve processes, and contribute to the overall success of both dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and train BDC representatives to meet dealership goals and provide outstanding customer service.
• Develop and implement effective phone, email, and text communication strategies to engage with prospective and existing customers.
• Oversee and monitor lead management processes, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate CRM entries.
• Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure seamless appointment scheduling and coordination.
• Analyze BDC performance metrics and implement strategies to improve lead conversion rates.
• Maintain a positive and professional team environment to encourage high morale and performance.
• Stay informed about dealership promotions, incentives, and inventory to communicate effectively with customers.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in a BDC or customer service management role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and dealership management software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.
