What You'll Do

• Diagnose, maintain, and repair BMW and MINI vehicles to manufacturer standards
• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and warranty repairs
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment and repair procedures
• Complete work efficiently while maintaining the highest quality standards
• Accurately document repair orders and vehicle findings
• Collaborate with service advisors and fellow technicians
• Stay current on BMW and MINI technical training and certifications
• Ensure a safe and organized work environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous automotive technician experience preferred
• BMW, MINI, ASE, or manufacturer certifications are a plus
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and computerized vehicle systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
