What You'll Be Doing
- Working showroom, phone, and internet leads
- Demonstrating and presenting vehicles to customers
- Building value in the company and vehicle
- Explaining and delivering vehicles
- Maintaining follow-up for repeat and referral business
- Supporting leadership with mentoring and increasing sales volume
- Developing management-level skills as part of your growth path
Who We're Looking For
- A TEAM PLAYER!
- Proven track record of strong sales performance or strong desire to elarn
- Motivated by income and career growth
- Excellent communication and rapore building skills
- Professional, driven, and competitive
- Valid and insurable drivers license
- Ability to work Saturdays and some evenings (required)
Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000 – $150,000+ earning potential
- Stable and competitive compensation plan
